Bristol residents, city departments, non-profits and community organizations are invited to learn about Connecticut’s Solar for All Program that offers solar power and energy efficiency measures to all homeowners, financed through a public-private partnership between PosiGen and the Connecticut Green Bank. The Solar for All Bristol initiative launched June 10th to bring this program to our community.“This program is another resource the City wants to make available to families who are impacted by the Coronavirus. The public health emergency has required a transition of work and schooling to be completed from home, causing an increase in utility and energy bills,” said Mayor Ellen Zoppo-Sassu. “Solar and energy efficiency programs such as this are an important resource for reducing these financial burdens. We encourage homeowners to look into this resource, and others in the community to share this resource.”
