Skelly McCay

Skelly McCay is an experienced transactional attorney serving as Deputy General Counsel at PosiGen. With over 10 years of tenure at the company, he brings a wealth of expertise to the role. Skelly represents PosiGen in a number of areas and focuses on commercial contracts and structured finance transactions.
Skelly attended Tulane Law School where he was an editor on the Tulane Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. He also holds a Master's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh where he attended as a 2001 British Marshall Scholar.
Skelly lives in New Orleans, Louisiana with his wife and two young children.
