Ron Long

Ron is a seasoned technology executive with 30+ years of experience leading diverse and high-performing teams spanning intelligence gathering, global operations and engineering, carrier-grade networks, SaaS/PaaS platforms, and global customer support. His background also includes significant experience in product management, defining product requirements, leading development teams, delivering products to market on-time, and achieving numerous successful product launches.

Prior to joining PosiGen, he was Vice President of Customer Experience at Metrasens, where he built and led national field service and training teams, established a commercial operations and fulfillment center, and developed all supporting processes and system frameworks. Ron's career also includes key leadership roles at global telecom and service providers like Alula, IPDatatel, Harris Corporation, CapRock Communications, and Sprint.

Ron holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Texas College. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and passionate about mentoring young professionals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
