Ray Bartholomay

Ray brings 30+ years of experience in Supply Chain. He has been a leader in all aspects of the Supply
Chain including Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory
Management, and Accounts Payable at a leading global Oilfield Services company. Most recently, he
served as a consultant to oversee a Supply Chain transformation project at a global Telecommunications
company.

Additionally, Ray has extensive experience in Process Reengineering, ERP implementation, and Quality
Management programs. He led multiple ERP implementations for Supply Chain and process redesign
projects related to Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. Through his career, Ray has been
responsible for a number of merger and acquisition functional and process integrations, offshoring, and
optimization projects. At PosiGen, Ray has been tasked to introduce value-based sourcing and procurement principles in addition to building a robust and efficient Supply Chain organization for support the company.

Ray has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University at
University Park. He has completed continuing education and development programs at Duquesne
University, the University of Houston, and M.I.T.
