Senior Vice President Customer Experience
Lynn has extensive experience as a senior executive spanning 25 years of corporate and consulting leadership in areas of customer & employee engagement, account management/service, multi-site contact centers (native and outsourced) and multi-channel operations teams. As a certified Prosci change management professional, she has motivated large workforces through major organizational and technological transitions that require re-design and adaptation of customer-impacting jobs, processes & tools. She energetically marshalls the resources necessary to address customer adoption, satisfaction, and engagement issues, driving clear accountability and consistent service with the aim of one Posigen face to our customer. At Posigen, Lynn leads our multi-channel contact center, our system monitoring team, and our field service technicians while also being responsible for driving collaboration cross-functionally for the design and execution of our customer experience strategy across Posigen.
