John Truschinger joined PosiGen as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in December 2023, bringing a wealth of experience, a proven track record in building high performing teams and excellence at employee engagement. With a distinguished career marked by transformative leadership in global settings, JT excels in developing leaders, teaching teams to execute and navigating complex business problems.
JT’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including HR, IT, Global Supply Chain, Training, Quality Health and Safety, and Facilities Management, and each of these areas are under his stewardship at PosiGen. His leadership has been pivotal in guiding organizations through high growth, mergers and acquisitions and business transformations. JT is also celebrated for his exceptional ability to drive employee engagement and sustain high levels of retention.
In his role at PosiGen, JT is responsible for overseeing numerous functions of the company. His focus includes enhancing organizational efficiency, fostering a collaborative work environment, and supporting PosiGen’s growth in critical support functions such as IT, supply chain and facilities.
JT is a graduate of the SMU management program and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
