As Chief Operating Officer at PosiGen, Jen Pearce leads the company’s field operations, corporate operations, and energy efficiency functions with a mission to make renewable energy accessible and affordable for underserved communities. With over two decades of experience in operations management and over five years specifically in the solar industry, Jen is instrumental in scaling PosiGen's impact and enhancing customer experience.
Before joining PosiGen, Jen managed a team of over 3,000 residential operations personnel at SunPower Inc., overseeing everything from construction crews to customer-facing services across the entire customer lifecycle. Additionally, she held key leadership roles at Sunrun, where she played a pivotal role in integrating the Sunrun and Vivint Solar merger. Known for her commitment to optimizing operations, Jen is dedicated to supporting PosiGen's mission of “Solar for All,” ensuring that more families have access to clean, affordable energy solutions.
