Jen Pearce
Senior Vice President, Install Operations
Jen Pearce is a twenty five year veteran of building and executing operational plans to lead and optimize operations, enhance the customer journey, and meet financial goals. She has held leadership roles in field operations, customer operations, finance, and strategy within the residential solar, technology, satellite, and food/beverage industries.
Jen leads PosiGen’s residential installation operations teams for all PosiGen markets. Prior to this, she led the 3K+ residential operations team at SunPower Inc, including construction crews, design and engineering, outsourcing, customer facing and back end third-party processing from contract signature through the 20+ year customer journey. She also held leadership positions running operations at Sunrun and led the end to end integration for the Sunrun and Vivint Solar merger. Prior to this, Jen held positions as CEO of a food and beverage startup. She also held leadership positions within Finance and Operations at telecommunication and satellite internet companies.
She earned her masters of science in applied mathematics and bachelors of science in mathematics. She served on the board of directors for SolarApp, PepPod Inc, TRMA, and NCTUE.
