Cindy H. Foxworth

With over 35 years of expertise in Human Resources, Cindy Foxworth is a results-focused leader who delivers talent management, corporate culture, compensation and talent acquisition solutions that helps PosiGen harness the full power of our most valuable assets - our people.  Cindy has worked in the solar industry for many years but has banking, healthcare, manufacturing and higher education expertise. She has worked in all positions within the human resources organization including CHRO for publicly traded solar company.  However, her passion lies within the talent management & culture development space.  

As PosiGen’s Vice President of Talent, Leadership and Culture Development, Cindy is dedicated to creating a robust corporate culture that promotes continuous business growth and cultivates customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job. 

Cindy has a B.S. from the University of Mississippi and is SPHR and SHRM-CP certified.
