Brian Soares

Brian Soares currently serves as Vice President of Channel Sales at PosiGen, where he has been leading efforts to expand and develop channel partnerships since May 2024. Brian brings extensive experience in driving growth and cultivating relationships within the renewable energy and solar industries.

Before joining PosiGen, Brian held a series of leadership roles at Mosaic, a leading financial services company offering consumer loans to finance residential solar systems. Over his six years at Mosaic, he advanced from Senior Manager of Business Development to Vice President of Strategic Accounts. In these positions, he played a critical role in expanding partnerships and ensuring Mosaic's leadership in the residential solar financing market.

Prior to his time at Mosaic, Brian spent nearly four years at Sunrun, where he managed channel partnerships in the Northeast and handled project portfolios. His work at Sunrun included ensuring project success through daily reporting and collaboration with partner leadership, as well as supporting installation forecasting and growth.

With a proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, and channel sales, Brian has consistently delivered results in the renewable energy space, helping companies scale and meet their goals in a rapidly growing market.
