B Corporations are visionary enterprises dedicated to using their business as a force for good. B Corp Certification indicates adherence to high standards of performance, accountability, and transparency across various domains. Core principles include:

• Performance: High standards in social and environmental impact.
• Accountability: Legal commitment to all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
• Transparency: Public disclosure of performance against B Lab’s standards.

PosiGen achieved B Corp Certification through a rigorous process that assessed their social and environmental performance. This included:

• Scoring 80 or above on the B Impact Assessment
• Undergoing a comprehensive risk review
• Committing to transparency by publicly sharing performance data
• Elected Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) status for enhanced accountability
• Prioritized social good and sustainable business practices

To maintain our B Corp status, we undergo a recertification process every three years. Our impact assessment is publicly accessible on our B Corp profile. 

As a B Corp and a public benefit corporation, we are obligated to evaluate the impact of our decisions on our employees, communities, customers, suppliers, and the environment.
